1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial so you can test our service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly recommend taking advantage of the free trial to ensure our service meets your needs and is compatible with your devices.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You experience persistent technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve within 48 hours of your initial report.
  • The service is significantly different from what was described at the time of purchase.
  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
  • The issue is caused by your internet connection, device incompatibility, or third-party software.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • You have already consumed a significant portion of your subscription (e.g., more than 25% of the subscription period).
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you experienced.
  3. Allow our team up to 48 hours to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timeline depends on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Since our subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. Your service will simply expire at the end of your subscription period. If you wish to stop using the service before your plan expires, you may do so at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time beyond the 7-day refund window.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and promptly.
